360Blue is more than a financial strategies firm focused on planning and investing. It’s a financial strategies firm that is focused on people and partnerships. And when it comes to money, it’s a highly personal and emotional matter. They needed to show potential customers they were there for them, and more importantly, understood their needs, values and goals. Our approach? Meeting people where they are through an online interactive quiz.

DEFINING THEIR IDENTITY

When it comes to most brands in the financial world, they can be, well, a bit dry. 360 was not inspired by this industry standard nor did they feel it reflected their business approach of transparency and objectivity. So, our team capitalized on these differences.

If being different was the plan, our brand’s voice, as well as look and feel, needed to reflect an encouraging and friendly experience that made users feel understood on an emotional level.

Together with 360, we worked to create a voice and identity that aligned with the mission of evoking real, human emotion. Our people-centric strategy used friendly iconography and approachable language throughout the website and quiz to encourage interaction and continue the conversation.
