Investors Associated began in 1979 with a group of Wisconsin physicians who collectively invested in the clinics where they practiced. Today there are more than 100 Partners, 31 properties in six states, and over $300 million in assets. This drive of the IA team is unmistakable in person, but they needed branding and marketing to match that energy and enthusiasm. To attract potential investors for new opportunities, they needed something bold.

To convey IA’s dynamic personality, we updated their logo and designed a look and feel with striking angles and inviting photos of their team and properties. Short headlines and engaging copy portrayed their excitement for the next big thing and the smart thinking behind it all. The goal was to develop a brand that instilled trust and a feeling of wanting to be a part of something special. The results were soon seen in their numbers. New investors told IA that they were both impressed and intrigued with the professional experience of IA’s website.
With the branding in place, our next step was to enroll the current Partners as ambassadors for the business. We developed targeted collateral, social media, video presentations, and a quarterly Partners newsletter to keep all engaged and armed with the tools needed to get new investors on board. The newsletter was so well received, we created quarterly newsletters for both the IA Property Management team and the tenants. This served to not only create a sense of inclusion and pride, but also to spread the love and excitement of the IA brand.
