THE CHALLENGE

Land Quest, a real estate company based in Kenosha, Wisconsin, needed a new brand story and look and feel that reflected the impact they have on local communities. While the company has expertise in the traditional aspects of real estate—brokerage, renovations, investing, leasing—they also excel at transforming neighborhoods. They believe in taking the worst property on the block and turning it into the best property.

DEFINING THEIR IDENTITY

We developed a new tagline, “Open New Doors,” that guided the brand identity and set an inspiring tone for everything to follow. To set Land Quest apart from other competitors in the local market, we incorporated pops of color, modern typefaces, and unexpected layering to make it clear that Land Quest is a different kind of real estate company.

In partnership with Land Quest, we launched the new brand identity and created a website that feels ambitious, vibrant, and alive. The site incorporates a compelling video—also created by ES99—that inspires investors and partners to build something new with Land Quest. It also includes an in-depth section, “Our Impact,” that shows how Land Quest is constantly improving lives in Southeastern Wisconsin.
