Insurance can be confusing. That’s no secret to the Meyers and Glaros families, who have been involved in the insurance industry since 1942. In 2014 the two industry leaders partnered together to create a strong, full-service team with coverage ranging from employee health insurance to luxury watercraft coverage, and everything in between. Our goal? Improve their brand story in a way that demonstrated premium value and helped earn and maintain client trust.

Our team went right to work conducting consumer research and interviewing clients of Meyers Glaros and clients of large insurance companies. It quickly became clear that clients of the big-name companies found their experience to be overwhelming and impersonal. But that was never the case with Meyers Glaros— their customers saw them as trusted advisors. We wanted to convey to prospective clients that working with Meyers Glaros would be fast, friendly, and hassle-free.
In order to create a look that captured their personality, we designed a new logo modeled after a handwritten signature. This simple and clean style, inspired by vintage car badges, gives a premium, yet still approachable, feel to the brand. We carried this style into custom illustrations for their new website that makes it stand out in an industry usually dominated by uninviting stock photography.
But easy isn’t everything. We also had to convey the important message that Meyers Glaros customizes plans to customers’ specific needs, whether that’s insurance for their family, their business, or top-of-the-line benefits for their employees. Now that they have a beautiful and inviting website, we’re able to carry the new branding into additional collateral like customizable welcome kits for new clients and digital and print ads that are personal and approachable.
